DIGITAL FULL ARCH

For best results, we recommend exporting your scan files and uploading them directly through our portal. This ensures file integrity and seamless processing on our end.

You can easily verify the status of your submission by logging into your account portal. All uploaded files will be visible for review, download, and confirmation.

Cases may be temporarily placed on hold if additional information or clarification is required. You can view the specific reason directly within the portal under the case status or review section.

Once a project is released, the CAD data has been finalized and shared with your office. This allows you to import the file into your design software (such as Exocad) for further adjustments or review if needed.

Several factors can impact seating accuracy, including:

  • MUA components not being fully torqued or becoming loose after scanning
  • Incomplete seating of scan bodies due to soft tissue interference or positioning issues
  • Print or fabrication inaccuracies requiring re-evaluation
  • Excessive divergence of implant angulation, which can affect the path of insertion
